I am not really in to exercise but when i do, I tend to choose these as they are effective and require less movement and skills than other exercise methods. 😀
Side Leg lift
Lay on your right side with the right leg slightly bent and rest your head resting on your right arm. The raise your left leg up and down 10 times. (increase the number over time if you wish)
When the 10 reps are done, lay on your left side and repeat the process.
it works your body’s entire core. It also can help to elongate the spine, strengthen the arms and wrists, and increase balance. Hold the pose for 15 seconds, and then release.3.
Hold your body in a straight line from head to feet with your elbow directly beneath your shoulders. Hold the position for as long as you can without letting your hips drop, then repeat on the other side.
The donkey kick works your lower back, core, legs and bottom.
- Get on your hands and knees, with wrists aligned under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Drawing your abs in, lift your left leg parallel to the floor, with knee bent, foot flexed.
- Return to starting position and repeat 10 times.
- Switch sides.
This is good for your core and leg muscles.
Sit on the edge of the sofa and with bent knees, raise your legs until you FEEL THE BURN hahaha
